4) In the book P.S. I Loathe You, its about a group of girls and they call themselves The Pretty Committee. The Pretty Committee writes a poem about what the rules are in their group. For the official website click here. The poem is this: We swore off boys for ten whole days, But it didn't work so well. We acted like backstabbing cliches- Ehmagawd! Boyfast was hell. But we forgave one in other; now were back in the groove. Sister lock up your brothers, because were on the move! This time we will do it right: our friendships come first. Massie and the Pretty Committee were also going to break because they didn't date boys. In the Pretty Committee poem says that they're "back in the groove" . In the Star Spangled Banner it say "gave proof through the night that our flag was still there." These are alike because it shows that they are together and will fight till the end.
